SOC as a Service
24/7 Security Operations Center - Continuous Threat Monitoring
The Problem
Threats arrive 24/7 but most teams watch logs nine-to-five, if at all. By the time someone notices an alert, the attacker has had hours to move.

Why weeks, not months
AI-assisted evidence review, one client portal
Every SOC engagement runs on the Praxis-Q compliance platform. You upload evidence per control, AI scores it against the requirement, and your auditor reviews in the same workflow — from scoping through to the issued, publicly verifiable certificate.
AI evidence scoring
Every upload is scored against the control before an auditor sees it — gaps surface in minutes, not at the review meeting.
One client portal
Scoping, evidence, auditor queries and status live in one place. No email chains, no spreadsheet trackers.
Auditor sign-off
Praxis-Q auditors review inside the same workflow, so review rounds shrink and the certificate issues sooner.
24/7 Threat Detection & Response
Our SOC analysts and AI-powered SIEM monitor your entire IT footprint continuously, eliminating the blind spots of business-hours-only monitoring. We correlate events across servers, endpoints, firewalls, cloud platforms, and SaaS applications to identify advanced threats in real time. Confirmed incidents trigger immediate triage, containment recommendations, and forensic analysis. By automating routine alert processing and focusing human expertise on genuine threats, we reduce alert fatigue while improving detection accuracy. Our threat intelligence feeds integrate live global threat data into your baseline, ensuring detection rules evolve faster than adversaries.
Compliance & Log Retention
SOC-as-a-Service streamlines compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and regional mandates like DPDP and RBI-SAR. We maintain immutable log retention, generate audit trails, and produce evidence-ready reports for assessments and investigations. Automated compliance dashboards track control effectiveness, reducing manual audit prep. Monthly executive reports demonstrate security posture, incident trends, and risk remediation progress to boards and regulators. Your SOC data becomes audit ammunition rather than a liability.
Fast-Track Deployment & Global Reach
Praxis-Q's 15–20 business day fast-track deployment gets your SOC operational immediately without lengthy procurement or infrastructure buildout. Our India-headquartered team with global delivery capability means you receive 24/7 coverage across time zones while maintaining data sovereignty and cost efficiency. We integrate with existing SIEM platforms, log aggregators, and security tools—no rip-and-replace required. Onboarding includes baseline tuning, detection rule customization, and playbook alignment to your risk profile.
Scalable Monitoring Across Hybrid Environments
Whether you operate AWS, Azure, GCP, hybrid cloud, or pure on-premise infrastructure, our SOC scales with your architecture. We monitor endpoints, servers, network devices, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SaaS applications, and third-party integrations from a single pane of glass. As your environment grows, SOC capacity automatically adjusts—no additional hiring or infrastructure investment needed. Cost-effective per-log-source pricing aligns expense with your actual security footprint.
AI-Assisted Analytics & Threat Intelligence
Machine learning models learn your environment's behavioral baselines, flagging anomalies that manual rules would miss. Our threat intelligence feeds integrate indicators of compromise, zero-day alerts, and geopolitical threat context into detection logic. Analysts prioritize alerts by risk score and business impact, reducing noise while catching emerging attack patterns. Continuous model retraining keeps detection capabilities ahead of evolving threats and your organization's operational changes.
Two Delivery Models - and You Own the Platform Either Way
Praxis-Q runs Wazuh, Elastic/OpenSearch and Graylog/Security Onion in production, and the SIEM belongs to the client under both models. Under build-and-hand-over we architect against your measured ingest volume and retention requirement, deploy the stack, onboard every log source, tune the rules out of their noisy default state, map each detection to the control it evidences, write the runbooks and train your team - after which there is no ongoing dependency on us. Under the managed model the same build is operated by our analysts around the clock. Because the platform is identical either way, moving from managed to in-house later is a handover, not a migration, and the detection logic, parsers, dashboards and historical index stay yours when an engagement ends.
Logging and Monitoring Are Two Different Controls
ISO/IEC 27001:2022 separates A.8.15 Logging from A.8.16 Monitoring activities, and they are tested separately. SOC 2 does the same across CC7.2 and CC7.3. PCI DSS v4.0.1 goes further - requirement 10.4.1 mandates daily review of specified audit logs, and 10.4.1.1 requires that review to use automated mechanisms, a future-dated requirement that became mandatory on 31 March 2025. This is where self-built SIEM projects fail audit. Collecting logs is a deployment; reviewing them is a rota with a documented decision behind every alert. A SOC engagement exists to satisfy the second control, not the first.
Platform Selection Follows Your Estate, Not a Licence
There is no single right SIEM and we do not sell one. The questions that decide it are where the evidence your auditor wants actually lives, how many gigabytes per day you genuinely ingest, how long you must retain it, and who operates the platform tomorrow. Wazuh brings agent-based file integrity monitoring, configuration assessment and vulnerability detection from one agent. Graylog handles high-volume syslog from firewalls and appliances better than anything agent-first. Security Onion answers what crossed the wire where you have a tap or traffic mirror. Elastic and OpenSearch give the strongest search and the most control, at the highest operational cost. We size from two weeks of measured sample collection rather than an estimate.
Retention Sizing and Data Residency
Retention multiplied by daily volume is the cost that actually scales, and the requirement usually comes from a framework rather than preference. PCI DSS v4.0.1 requirement 10.5.1 requires twelve months of audit log history with at least the most recent three months immediately available for analysis - a two-tier architecture, not twelve months of hot storage. CERT-In directions require 180 days of logs maintained within Indian jurisdiction, a location constraint as much as a duration one and a common reason to self-host. ISO 27001 and SOC 2 set no fixed period but hold you to the period you documented. Retention cannot be retrofitted; data you did not keep is gone.
Evidence at Audit Time, and Failure of the Control Itself
Auditors do not accept a dashboard. They sample dates across the observation period and ask for the alerts raised, the analysis that determined whether each was a security event, the decision to escalate or close, and proof the control operated for the whole period rather than the month before fieldwork. We route alerts into a ticket with a recorded disposition from day one. Separately, a silent agent is a failed control - PCI DSS v4.0.1 requirement 10.7 asks about exactly this - so agent disconnection, ingestion stopping and hosts that never had an agent installed are monitored conditions, reconciled against your asset inventory during onboarding.
