Why weeks, not months
AI-assisted evidence review, one client portal
Every ADGM Compliance engagement runs on the Praxis-Q compliance platform. You upload evidence per control, AI scores it against the requirement, and your auditor reviews in the same workflow — from scoping through to the issued, publicly verifiable certificate.
AI evidence scoring
Every upload is scored against the control before an auditor sees it — gaps surface in minutes, not at the review meeting.
One client portal
Scoping, evidence, auditor queries and status live in one place. No email chains, no spreadsheet trackers.
Auditor sign-off
Praxis-Q auditors review inside the same workflow, so review rounds shrink and the certificate issues sooner.
Data Controller and Processor registration
ADGM-registered entities that determine the purposes and means of processing personal data must register as a Data Controller with the Office of Data Protection; entities processing on another's behalf register as Processors. We handle the registration submission and keep it current as processing activities change.
Consent and lawful basis review
We review existing consent mechanisms and processing activities against the Regulations' lawful basis requirements, closing gaps where consent language is too broad, silent on a processing purpose, or missing entirely for activities that require it.
Data subject access request (DSAR) process
The Regulations give individuals a right to access their own data on request within defined statutory timeframes - we build the intake, verification, and response workflow so a DSAR doesn't become an ad hoc scramble each time one arrives.
Cross-border transfer safeguards
Transfers of personal data outside ADGM require an adequate legal basis - adequacy findings, standard contractual clauses, or another Regulations-recognised mechanism - which we assess and document as part of the broader compliance programme, particularly for ADGM entities using cloud infrastructure hosted outside the free zone.
Breach notification and ongoing compliance
The Office of Data Protection expects timely breach notification and an ongoing, evidenced compliance posture rather than a one-time registration - we set up the monitoring, documentation, and periodic review cycle that keeps the Data Controller registration accurate and the control set current.
